UX Design Requirements

- Provides guidance and coaching to junior team members

Responsibilities
- Lead complex UX projects across cross-functional teams
- Contribute to the development and execution of UX strategy in alignment with business goals
- Partner with Product Managers and Technical Architects to define and validate problems
- Advocate for user needs and align them with business objectives
- Collaborate with Research teams to conduct user discovery, validation, and usability studies
- Translate insights into functional design solutions aligned with product roadmaps
- Facilitate design ideation sessions with cross-functional groups
- Develop workflows, interaction models, and conceptual wireframes
- Identify and address UX issues at both macro and micro levels
- Work closely with development teams to ensure UX implementation throughout the SDLC
- Promote UX standards and consistency within the design team
- Experience evaluating usability studies
- Familiarity with Mixpanel or Pendo analytics tools
- Previous experience in healthcare technology
