Job Responsibilities
- Minimum 12 years hands-on SAP BASIS experience.
- Experience with comprehensive SAP BASIS support for the enterprise, including the following SAP and non-SAP components / applications : S / 4 HANA, SCM, FICO, MM, P2P, PI / PO, SLT / sidecar, EWM.
- Extensive hands-on database administration / functions in Oracle / Oracle Enterprise Manager, HANA, Oracle RAC, Oracle GRID, super cluster, and High Availability / Disaster Recovery.
- Responsible for managing the ChaRM setup, creating ChaRM cycles, or any third-party tools that assist with change management.
- Handle, prioritize, and resolve tickets ranging from break-fixes to enhancements. Able to troubleshoot high-to-moderate tickets independently, coordinating and / or handling technical support with business users as needed.
- Plan and implement SAP S / 4 upgrades (kernel, SPS, EHP, patches) and new implementations as required, collaborating with functional and technical teams.
- Install, maintain, configure, and tune SAP environments to ensure integrity and stability. Perform daily administration, monitoring, and system health checks. Troubleshoot and perform problem analysis and resolution as issues arise. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
