- Responsible for taking large IT Legal Portfolio Business Applications programs / projects from original concept through final implementation.
- Develop detailed program / project execution plan, and manage all implementation processes including projects financials, progress tracking, metrics, monitoring change control process, testing, release to production and delivery within budget.
- Apply consistency and best practices through program initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, enabling business outcomes and benefits tracking
- Plan, lead and facilitate Agile practices like sprint planning, burn up / burn downs, cross functional scrum team dependencies, create release schedules and related staffing plans Develop detailed program execution plan and manage all execution aspects, including program interdependencies, progress metrics, testing, deployment and enablement.
- Promote organizational understanding of Agile roles to help teams and individuals transitioning from waterfall to Agile.
- Manage one or more scrums teams applying scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- Plan, lead and facilitate Agile practices like sprint planning, standups, review, retrospective, burn up / burn downs, cross functional scrum team dependencies.
- Responsible for sprint progress tracking and reporting using Agile tools.
- Create crisp and complete documentation to facilitate program reviews and decision-making process at Steering Committee, Drive risk mitigation strategies and issue resolution actions with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Create crisp and complete status reporting to support project or program communication.
- Engage and collaborate with all business and IT functions and external vendors.
- Provide overall communication and interfaces with all teams participating in program delivery, including business and other IT functional areas.
