UX Design Requirements

• Expert in Figma, including component libraries and best practices for scalable design
• Proficiency in iOS native design
• Understanding of AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance user experiences
• Strong problem-solving skills, using empathy and analytical thinking
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including executives
• Provides guidance and coaching to junior team members
• Facilitates consensus-building and constructive feedback loops
• Capable of balancing future UX visioning with agile team support during SDLC

Responsibilities

• Lead complex UX projects across cross-functional teams
• Contribute to the development and execution of UX strategy in alignment with business goals
• Partner with Product Managers and Technical Architects to define and validate problems
• Advocate for user needs and align them with business objectives
• Collaborate with Research teams to conduct user discovery, validation, and usability studies
• Translate insights into functional design solutions aligned with product roadmaps
• Facilitate design ideation sessions with cross-functional groups
• Develop workflows, interaction models, and conceptual wireframes
• Identify and address UX issues at both macro and micro levels
• Work closely with development teams to ensure UX implementation throughout the SDLC
• Promote UX standards and consistency within the design team
• Experience evaluating usability studies
• Familiarity with Mixpanel or Pendo analytics tools
• Previous experience in healthcare technology
