What We’re Looking For:

- Team player with strong communication skills
- Excited to grow with our company
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Availability on Saturday nights ending at 10:30 PM is required
Key Responsibilities of a Game Guide:
- Welcoming and greeting players with enthusiasm.
- Reviewing rules and delivering pre-game instructions.
- Presenting engaging storylines for each game.
- Monitoring and guiding players during gameplay from our control room to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Resetting and cleaning game rooms after each session.
- Assisting with day-to-day operations to keep our space running smoothly.
