Location: Richmond, VA 23230
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 5:30AM start time
Compensation: $1500 per month
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Back Sweep Crew Member to join our team. This role involves traveling to 5-6 properties each day to ensure proper back sweeping procedures are followed. The courier will document any late putouts or missed trash pickups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Back sweep 5-6 properties.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned according to established procedures.
- Document any missed trash pickups or late putouts for reporting.
- Ensure timely completion of all tasks within a 2-3 hour timeframe.
- Communicate effectively with the team to address any issues or concerns.

- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
- License: Valid driver’s license required.
- Background Check: Clean record.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using our app to streamline operations.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs with ease.
