The Rocket City Trash Pandas are among the top brands in the 120-team Minor League Baseball system and are looking to build on a successful reputation of delivering an unrivaled fan experience from Toyota Field in Madison, Alabama! The club is the proud Double-A Affiliate of the LA Angels and in search of an enthusiastic and energetic Director, Production & Creative Services to lead the creative and production efforts of the organization.
The club’s Director, Production & Creative Services will lead the content creation and production teams overseeing the creative vision for Rocket City Trash Pandas brand to ensure all marketing materials, campaigns meet deadlines and internal/client expectations and aligns with the club’s brand identity. The Director is a full-time salaried exempt position that reports to the Executive Vice President. The successful applicant is subject to receive a number of benefits including Paid Time Off (PTO) and Health Insurance to which BallCorps, LLC will pay a portion of, including Dental & Vision.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
· Execute the Gameday Presentation for the team’s 69 Home Games and select Special Events
· Oversee and/or produce:
o External Advertising materials (Print, Outdoor, Digital and Video)
o Content for club’s social media channels and stadium LED displays
o Stadium Signage (large format to flyers)
o Video & Motion Design content to be used for In-Game Entertainment and fulfill sponsorship requirements
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals
· Oversee the organization, maintenance, and operation of the facilities’ A/V equipment, in-house game broadcast, operating Videoboard Graphics Systems, Replay Decks or Camera
· Non-departmental responsibilities include assisting full staff with covering and uncovering the field in response to inclement conditions (tarp pulls)
· Other Duties as assigned
Job Requirements
· Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite (AfterEffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
· 3 years of experience in production operations (stadium, house of worship, broadcast, studio)
· 3 years of experience in leading a team of production and creative professionals
· Knowledge of Ross Video Systems, Ross XPression & Daktronics systems preferred
- Ability to operate any control room position if needed
· Creativity
· Attention to Detail, Grammar, Copyrighting
· Excellent Interpersonal Skills – Must work well with others at all levels inside and outside organization
· Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work on short notice
· Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
· Proven ability to take initiative
