Roll Off Driver

TrashHelp, a locally owned and operated junk removal and dumpster rental company based in West Palm Beach, FL is looking for a reliable and skilled Roll-Off Driver to join our growing team. This role involves operating roll-off trucks to transport dumpsters and manage waste removal across our service areas, including Palm Beach County, Broward County, Martin County, St. Lucie County, and Orlando, FL. If you’re a safety-focused driver with strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for efficient operations, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Operate roll-off trucks and other heavy vehicles safely and efficiently to transport dumpsters and materials.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Safely load, unload, and secure dumpsters while adhering to proper handling techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance using company tools and systems.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while on the road.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Assist with customer inquiries or issues related to dumpster placement or removal.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating roll-off trucks and other commercial vehicles; manual transmission proficiency is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve minor vehicle issues.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure smooth coordination with dispatch and clients.
• Familiarity with waste removal processes or similar industries is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
• Must speak English
• Bi-lingual a plus
