You'll broaden our community reach by evolving our social ambassador program to include grassroots partnership and student-led campus activations and bringing Trashie's distinctive creative vision to life across all touch-points.

Key Responsibilities
- Build an inspiring community that champions Trashie's unique mission, educates about clothing waste and creates trust in our brand, while sharing our story in new and creative ways
- Oversee our organic social channels including content strategy and production, as well as comment moderation for Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Youtube, and Linkedin
- Lead strategy and development of groundbreaking creator content that defines category trends rather than follows them, resulting in both strong follower growth and engagement
- Cross-functionally collaborate on influencer partnerships that expand our reach into new audience segments
- Work collaboratively with our Performance Marketing and Creative teams on briefs and sourcing of UGC that drives growth in paid social advertising channels
- Grow and strengthen our brand ambassador program
- Develop and manage a college ambassador program that creates genuine and fun brand engagement on campuses
- Concept and build initiatives across live event partnerships, grassroots campaigns and community activations with both strong creative acumen and project management skills
- Create measurement frameworks to track community impact on business objectives
- Foster an authentic and consistent community voice that strengthens trust and brand loyalty
- Manage a team of community, influencer recruitment and social media specialists
- 7 years experience in community building, influencer marketing, and event management
- Proven track record organizing grassroots marketing initiatives
- Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple teams
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster open collaboration
- Experience developing and reporting on community KPIs and growth metrics
- Understanding of audience segmentation and content strategy
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
