Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives including overseeing a comprehensive growth roadmap
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Oversee all growth channels with emphasis on social-first platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook) alongside paid search, affiliate marketing, strategic partnerships, SEO, Linear and CTV, and conversion rate optimization
- Develop strategic frameworks for segmentation, channel optimization, and resource allocation to create scalable, efficient CAC across the growth portfolio
- Implement advanced methodologies to identify, test, and scale emerging channels with outsized potential for new customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Lead a cross-functional growth squad (product, design, engineering, content) – developing frameworks, processes and testing protocols to continuously refine key customer acquisition journeys.
- Strategically partner with Community and Social Team to help develop and scale new customer segments, expanding acquisition across social platforms
- Provide weekly performance analysis, strategic recommendations and growth roadmap updates to GTM leadership
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, community, product, engineering, sales, and customer success team members to collaboratively develop and launch new initiative
- 8 years of experience in growth, with at least 3 years in cross-functional team leadership positions, without heavy reliance on agencies
- Experience building and scaling growth teams in startup environments with proven success in social- or community-led companies
- At least 2 years of experience in an early-stage startup environment fast iteration cycles
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, ROAS), attribution models and direct budget management
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and user journey optimization
- Exceptional strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership skills, with an ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans
- Experience driving growth through expanding audience segmentation strategies
- Experience with creative testing frameworks and analysis
- Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4
- Experience with incrementally testing and multi-touch attribution models
- Background in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) with demonstrable results
- Technical understanding of multitouch attribution and MMM, tracking implementation, and data integration
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Prior experience with Northbeam, Motion, Funnel.io, etc. a plus.
