What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Sales Representative position at TRATE LLC?
The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Solidify Customer Relationships: Serve as a trusted business advisor and partner, establishing long-term relationships with customers. Proactively probe to understand their business initiatives and needs, tailoring solutions that support their growth.
- Account Plans & Implementation Support: Develop strategic account plans to foster growth, increase product utilization, and provide ongoing support for successful product implementation.
- Market Share Growth: Increase market share by converting business clients from competitors to ROOTT. Actively identify cross-sell opportunities with current customers to expand business.
- Sales Funnel Management: Build and maintain an active sales funnel by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
- Territory Management: Manage your assigned territory like a business, preparing and executing a business plan to achieve sustainable growth and consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Account Penetration Strategy: Collaborate with Inside Sales and Special Markets teams to plan and execute account penetration strategies that maximize client engagement and sales opportunities.
- Trade Shows & Events: Represent TRATE LLC at industry trade shows, educational offerings, and customer training or showcase events to promote the ROOTT brand and build a strong network of potential clients.
- CRM & Reporting: Accurately record sales activities, client interactions, and key information in the CRM system. Provide periodic and timely activity reports, including expenses, account assessments, competitor insights, and sales performance data.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role in the dental or medical device industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree required from a 4-year College or University, combination of education and experience acceptable
- 3 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Possess valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to manage territory strategically and develop business plans that align with company objectives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to execute strong time management and prioritization skills for optimal productivity.
What We Offer:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
$60,000 - $90,000 plus commission
