Trattoria Pasquale is Tampa Bay’s premier upscale Italian dining establishment known for its authentic cuisine, refined atmosphere, and exceptional service. We are seeking experienced, hospitality-driven professionals to join our team in the following positions:

Available Positions

• Servers – Responsible for providing a high-level dining experience by delivering knowledgeable and attentive service. Must have experience with tableside service, menu recommendations, and wine pairings. Prior experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants is preferred.
• Server Assistants – Support servers by assisting with table maintenance, refilling water and beverages, clearing dishes, and ensuring guests' needs are met efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Bussers – Maintain the flow of service by keeping tables clean and properly reset for new guests. Responsibilities include clearing plates, wiping down tables, and assisting with overall cleanliness and organization in the dining area. A sense of urgency and teamwork is essential.
• Hosts – Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and professional welcome. Manage reservations, coordinate seating assignments, and ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Expos – Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure food orders are presented correctly before they reach the guest. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to multitask, and strong communication between the front and back of house.
• Food Runners – Deliver food efficiently and accurately from the kitchen to the guests while ensuring proper presentation. Work alongside the service team to maintain a smooth dining experience. This position requires speed, organization, and the ability to anticipate guest needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in a restaurant setting is required, with preference for candidates who have worked in fine dining or upscale establishments.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering an elevated guest experience.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and cocktail pairings is a plus (especially for servers and expos).

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
