Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure a smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.
- Support the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates and participating in employee orientation.
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing staff to enhance their skills in sales and customer service.
- Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
- Foster a positive work environment by communicating effectively with team members and addressing any issues promptly.
- Drive wireless sales initiatives by promoting products and services to customers while maintaining phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.

Qualifications
