- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible drinking
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders

- Previous experience in food service or bartending preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes
- Flexibility to work in various settings such as restaurants, banquets, or catering events
