We are seeking a Digital Product Launch Manager to take ownership of our product launch process and ensure smooth execution from planning to post-launch optimization. This role is ideal for someone who excels at project management, cross-functional coordination, and marketing execution.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of digital product launches, ensuring seamless execution from pre-launch to post-launch phases.
- Develop and manage launch timelines, ensuring deliverables stay on track.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, design, kajabi management, social media manager, etc. to align on launch objectives.
- Create and optimize launch strategies, including email campaigns, social media, webinar coordination, and sales funnel execution.
- Coordinate all launch-related assets, including landing pages, sales pages, email sequences, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any launch-related challenges in real-time to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct post-launch reviews to assess performance, document lessons learned, and refine future launch processes.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in digital marketing and automation tools, and launch strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital product launches, preferably in the online education, space.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple launches simultaneously.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Kajabi, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and A/B testing strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on execution, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience launching online courses, membership programs, or digital products.
Knowledge of copywriting and conversion optimization.
Understanding of audience segmentation and engagement strategies.
Remote work, Contractor Agreement (1099), 40 hours a week, on an ongoing basis, not a short-term project.
