The Travail Collective is a leading chef-owned hospitality group with a diverse restaurant portfolio including Travail Kitchen and Amusements, Nouvelle Kitchen and Brewing, Dream Creamery, Stargazer, and Graze Provisions and Libations.

As the Graphic Designer you will create digital and print collateral for all Travail Collective brands across various applications including brand identity, digital/social media, communications, advertising, and special events.
This position is currently part-time, with the potential to become full-time.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing and executive team in developing creative strategies that align with business objectives. Develop strong relationships with leadership to ensure designs meet overall brand goals
- Conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet marketing and content strategies from concept to completion
- Create compelling branded content using design, photography, video, and copywriting for all marketing materials including social media, email, web, menus, apparel, and in-house print projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Design or Visual Arts
- 5 years of professional branding and creative design experience
- Experience with the full suite of Adobe applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator and In-design
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize objectives to meet deadlines
- Experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels including digital and print
- A portfolio that demonstrates clear, innovative creative direction of photo/design/video work
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Basic knowledge of web development, specifically using Squarespace or similar web platform
- Experience working in the service industry, especially fine dining or breweries, is preferred, but not required

Job Type: part-time, 20 hours per week, flexible schedule, must be present on-site as needed, working some nights, weekends and special events.
