Responsibilities
- Stacking lumber off a green chain
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments, ensuring accurate inventory control.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational issues.
- Counting pieces
- Banding lumber
- Follow safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sawmill setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
