We are seeking an entry-level Relationship Manager to support our advisors in delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals and families. This position serves as the primary day-to-day contact for clients while executing the advisor's wealth management strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Series 65 license required (must obtain within 90 days if not currently held)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the wealth management industry
Primary Responsibilities
Client Communications
- Serve as primary liaison between clients and head financial advisor
- Generate clear action items and provide timely follow-up on client requests
- Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings
- Maintain detailed notes of client interactions in CRM
Technical Operations
- Process account maintenance requests and prepare custodian paperwork
- Develop knowledge of custodial platforms and procedures
- Create and maintain eMoney financial plans
- Monitor client portfolios and flag issues for head advisor's attention
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients, including paperwork and account transfers
- Coordinate with operations, compliance, and investment management teams
Compensation & Benefits
Base Compensation
- Total compensation range: $85,000 - $100,000
- Structure: Base salary annual bonus
