About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a CT Tech, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography equipment and ensuring that images are accurate and of high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm patient identity and review imaging requests
- Explain imaging procedures to patients and provide reassurance and support
- Interpret doctor's instructions accurately
- Position patients correctly for scanning
- Operate computerized tomography equipment
- Evaluate CT scans for quality
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Follow radiation safety protocols
Requirements:
- 1 year of CT experience
- BLS certification
- ARRT (CT) certification
- State licensure (if required)
