Job Title: Travel CT Technologist
Location: Wolf Point, Montana
We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist (CT Tech) for an immediate travel assignment in Wolf Point, MT. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in this role and be able to work a variety of shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests
- Explain imaging procedures to patients and provide reassurance as needed
- Position patients correctly for scanning and use computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
- Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance image quality
- Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and follow safety procedures when working with radiation
- Maintain accurate patient records and understand the McKesson PACS system
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
- ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography and state-specific licensing when required
- BLS certification
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean or stoop easily
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
Work Schedule: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, days
