Job Description:
The successful candidate for this Computed Tomography (CT) technologist position will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operate CT scanners and ensure high-quality images are produced for medical interpretation
- Correctly position patients to scan specific areas of their bodies
- Evaluate CT scans to determine their technical quality and maintain accurate patient records
- Follow safety procedures when working with radiation
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in CT technology
- ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography, and state-specific licensing when required
- BLS certification
