As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will work in a fast-paced environment treating patients that may be confused, agitated, and/or uncooperative. You will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, prioritizing data collection, and performing ongoing assessments and appropriate treatments as ordered by a physician.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to educate patients on surgical procedures. They should also be able to participate in discharge planning and initiate patient education plans as prescribed by physicians.
