Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Med Surg to join our team for a travel nursing job in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and prioritize data collection based on patients' immediate conditions or needs.
- Perform ongoing assessments and appropriate treatments as ordered by a physician.
- Document patient findings and provide education and support to patients' families.
Requirements:
- BLS certification.
- 1-2 years recent acute care experience.
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend, lean and stoop without difficulty.
- Able to easily lift 20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
