\Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patient assessments and prioritize data collection based on patients' immediate conditions or needs \
- Perform ongoing assessments and appropriate treatments as ordered by a physician \
- Document patient findings and provide education and support to patients' families \
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery \
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes \
- A current RN license in good standing \
- 1-2 years of recent acute care experience in MedSurg \
- ACLS and BLS certification \
- Able to work 12-hour shifts, nights \
- Able to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move patients with ease \
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills \
