About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of travel nurses. As an ER Travel Nurse, you will work in a fast-paced environment providing high-quality patient care while collaborating with a diverse team of caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, triage, and implement care using correct procedures and physician instructions
- Care for patients in a urgent and emergency environment
- Perform minor medical operations
- Advise patients and family on illnesses or injuries
- Plan long-term care needs
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years recent acute care experience as an RN
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good coping skills for managing stress
- Able to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds
Certifications:
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
