What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traveling Ultrasound Professional Wanted position at Travel Nurse Across America Nursing?
We are currently hiring an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for a travel position in the United States. As a Medical Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing ultrasound procedures and capturing accurate images for medical interpretation.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. They should also be able to educate patients and/or patient's family regarding procedures performed, prepare exam rooms, and assist Radiologists with ultrasound procedures and biopsies.
This travel opportunity requires flexibility and adaptability. You will need to be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty. Our company provides a competitive pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week, as well as a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
