Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy and be willing to adapt to new environments. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting diagnostic tests, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and implement treatment plans as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and bronchoprovocation testing.
- Analyze test results and make recommendations for further testing or treatment.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
Requirements:
- RRT credential from the NBRC.
- 1-2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- BLS certification.
