Travel Nurse Telemetry Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN for a 13-week contract in Prescott Valley, Arizona.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in a telemetry unit setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of recent experience in Telemetry nursing
- Valid RN licensure in Arizona
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
