Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vacation Club Account Executive to join our growing sales team. As an Account Executive at Travel Pals, you will play a key role in attracting and engaging potential members, building lasting relationships, and offering them curated vacation experiences that meet their unique travel desires. What You'll Do:
- Close Sales: Actively engage with potential members, close sales, and onboard them into the Travel Pals family.
- Process Payments & Contracts: Manage the entire sales process from contract negotiation to payment processing using tools like PandaDoc or DocuSign.
- Welcome New Members: Make warm, friendly welcome calls to newly registered members, introducing them to our exclusive travel club and getting them excited about their future adventures.
- Membership Orientation: Schedule and lead engaging webinars to show new members how to maximize their membership, from accessing exclusive deals to planning dream vacations.
- Support and Assist: Address any questions or concerns members may have about their membership or upcoming trips. You'll provide quick and accurate solutions to enhance their experience.
- Engage and Personalize: Build strong relationships by understanding each member's travel preferences, interests, and dreams, tailoring your interactions for a personalized experience.
- Feedback and Insights: Proactively gather feedback from members to identify areas for improvement and share these insights with the management team to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.
- Membership Retention: Foster positive relationships to keep members engaged with the club. You'll manage email communications, CRM systems, and SMS programs to reduce churn and maximize member retention.
- Plan for the Future: Analyze customer behavior to anticipate future trends, suggest strategic changes, and implement market innovations that keep Travel Pals ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- Experience: A Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in customer service (travel industry experience preferred).
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to close sales, process payments, and manage contracts efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Certified PandaDoc or DocuSign Specialist for contract management, Google Suites Certified for organization and collaboration, Calendly for scheduling, and CallRail (preferred) for call tracking and management.
