We are currently hiring for Full Time Cash Office Specialist for our 12 stores at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center.
Must be able to work varied days including Saturdays and Sundays. Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
What you will do:
Working under the direction of the General Manager you will:
- Reconcile the the sales for 10 retail stores.
- Review register transactions and identify errors or training opportunities.
- Report daily sales.
- Prepare deposits to send to the bank.
- Make change for stores.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing system
What we are looking for:
- 2 years prior retail cash handling and reconciliation experience
- Prior bank teller experience a plus
- Computer skills including MS Outlook, MS Excel are required
- Superior math skills and attention to detail
- A strong sense of integrity ·
- A cheerful, motivated, and enthusiastic attitude
- The desire to work as part of a team
- Open availability to work weekends and holidays
