Compensation Overview : The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range : $129,200.00 - $213,200.00

What Is the Opportunity? We are seeking a Lead Technology Engineer with an everything-as-code mindset that is passionate about CI / CD and automation. In this position, you will lead the enterprise Continuous Integration (CI) service. Acting as the voice of users, you will define and guide the day-to-day work of an engineering team and support the definition and enablement of the service vision. By focusing on achievement of defined outcomes, you’ll provide engineers across the enterprise with greater flexibility and freedom through fast, self-serve, and secure workflows and ensure service alignment with enterprise cloud strategies.

- Develop strategic solutions that align with the business objectives and architectural direction of the organization.
- Drive the design and ensure delivery of departmental and corporate programs.
- Leverage infrastructure technology to develop and / or redesign technology solutions.
- Build, leverage and maintain effective alliances across technical and business community.
- Interact with customers, vendors, and leadership to achieve effective, strategic, and fiscally responsible results.
- Be seen as a technical expert across the organization and the industry.
- Lead the delivery and execution of solutions to challenging engineering problems.
- Plan and direct all aspects of the organization, including financial / budgetary oversight for team and set of responsibilities.
- Fulfill IT audits for respective technologies and ensure team compliance with IT standards, policies, and governance.
- Communicate status, strategic direction, and results of assigned work.
- Coach, manage performance, and support team development and growth.
- Direct complex design, development, analysis, configuration, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documenting, health monitoring / alerting, and implementation based on user or system specifications.
- Lead investigation and resolution efforts for critical, high impact problems, defects, and incidents.
- Seek opportunities where technology can be utilized to improve the business and provide more efficient processes.
- Define, prioritize and ensure a ready backlog of work for an engineering team.
- Effectively manage a backlog of deliverables and capabilities.
- Translate business strategies and needs into execution ready work for an engineering team.
- Act as voice of the user; ensure team work product meets defined acceptance criteria.
- Own team backlog, including prioritization and refinement.
- Inform and participate in business readiness; understand the impact of change.
- Provide feedback on work-in-progress, clarify requirements and contribute to removing roadblocks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
