Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
The Strategic Initiatives Manager is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Technology & Operations Transformation Office that is at the center of building best practices that drive consistency and scale across our technology organizations. This role is responsible for supporting the office of Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) ranging from strategy to execution with a focus on scalable best practices that deliver exceptional experiences.
We're looking for a self-starter who is collaborative, works well in ambiguous situations, enjoys strategic problem solving, and has strong executive presence.
What Will You Do?
This dynamic role will have accountabilities for :
- Support the building and maintaining of strong relationships with Enterprise Technology Solutions leaders and other key stakeholders such as Communications, Investor Relations, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Finance, and Enterprise Chapters to support strategic initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.
- Manage and enhance Enterprise Technology Solutions Portfolio Reporting in partnership with our Technology & Operations Portfolio & Reporting Lead.
- Coordinate Monthly Executive Reporting including managing monthly reports that highlight updates, risks, and action items, ensuring alignment and risk awareness.
- Coordinate the refinement, publication, and review of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), ensuring their visibility is integrated logically and synergistically into strategic initiatives reporting.
- Develop engaging visualizations to present complex data clearly and concisely, facilitating executive-level understanding and decision-making.
- Partner with Technology & Operations Communications to develop and implement comprehensive communication and branding strategies to enhance the ETS brand, ensuring consistency and driving awareness both internally and externally.
- Enhance employee experience through engaging events and initiatives, including All Hands Meetings, offsites, and opportunities for employee connectivity and recognition.
- Craft and deliver impactful presentations and communications that convey strategic recommendations, current and future states, and gap analyses for internal and external engagements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of practices to enhance organizational operations, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
- May support leadership and extended leadership meeting preparation, content development and presenting (topic dependent).
- Support strategic projects to assist with scaled implementation.
