Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
As a Manager of Social Selling, you will be responsible for implementing social selling enablement strategies to assist our field sales teams in building and enhancing relationships with distribution partners, customers, and prospects through social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and YourTravelers, our social sharing platform. This role advocates for the business value of social selling and executes coaching programs to empower the Field organization. You will also collaborate with other marketers and sales enablement teams on field marketing and Account-Based Marketing initiatives to enhance business outcomes through demand generation and prospecting. Additionally, you will work with business leaders across all units, including Personal Insurance, Business Insurance, and Bond & Specialty Insurance, to identify goals and leverage social selling to achieve and surpass them. Employees in this role are passionate about digital innovation and the test-and-learn approach, leading and inspiring others to adopt best practices and consistently demonstrating the positive impact of marketing on business results.
What Will You Do?
- Execute comprehensive social selling coaching programs, including live coaching for the Field Sales organization to effectively build and strengthen relationships with customers, prospects and agents using relevant social channels (e.g. LinkedIn).
- Build new materials and scripts as needed, and maintain communication with the Field to answer questions in between sessions (e.g. office hours).
- Utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure social selling performance and identify efforts for improvement while developing requirements for reporting enhancements.
- Build the social selling playbooks and integrate social selling sections into other field sales initiatives and ultimately help with pipelining and Account-Based Marketing.
- Drive adoption of the YourTravelers social sharing program through communications and content strategies, while ensuring adoption of new features to further the practice.
- Help advocate for social selling throughout the field by participating in internal events, managing internal and external speaker talking points and partnering with other marketing teams to maximize promotion of the events.
- Provide relevant guidance and support to other groups (e.g. Communications, Talent Acquisition, Diversity Networks) related to their social media initiatives (e.g. special interest LinkedIn groups, social presence and original content from executives, etc.).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
