Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
Provide domain knowledge for Travelers Loss Sensitive Payment and Billing process as part of Enterprise modernization initiative. This role is critical to the modernization of the current Loss Sensitive Payment & Billing ecosystem by assisting in the understanding of the current state while driving detailed requirements for our reimagined future state. The role will own the development of efficient workflows to meet the needs of customers, agents, and employees. Additional responsibilities may include leading others involved in the Payment & Billing Transformation program and support operational readiness.

What Will You Do?
- Assist in developing and translating the business strategy for implementation, implications, approach, and cost and ensure it is aligned with enterprise and/or business unit goals.
- Proactively identify opportunities and problems through root cause analysis, active listening, and engagement with stakeholders that span across multiple teams, business areas, and processes.
- Identify and Assess recommendations for process improvement opportunities and engage key stakeholders to secure the buy-in to implement changes and initiate and implement large/multiple improvement opportunities.
- Own and optimize the performance of an assigned capability or business area, and/or technology, including collaborating with stakeholders, requesting, and obtaining the proper tools, resources, and funding to maximize business value, as appropriate.
- Own, lead, and influence the end-to-end execution of the operational components of multiple/high complexity initiatives that have a broader impact across the line of business including the benefits monitoring, benefits realization, as appropriate.
- Assist in the prioritization of efforts and advocacy for resource allocation.
- Coach team members on process improvement tools, methodologies, approaches, and foundational knowledge to ensure the successful rollout and enhancements across all initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Significant experience with Loss Sensitive Billing & Receivables Management
- Experience with Guidewire or other billing and risk management systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5 years of related experience.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and Agile methodology, Green Belt certification is a plus.
- Advanced organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and follow through to ensure timely completion.
- Thorough knowledge of trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies and ability to identify best practices and implement them into the organization.
- Ability to quickly gain an understanding of Travelers’ business strategy and plan objectives to align with enterprise goals.
- Exceptional data analysis skills to interpret trends and report insights and recommendations to business partners.
- Ability to understand business goals and influence others to achieve the goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to consult on projects and present information effectively to all seniority levels.
- 6 years of experience in operations, collaborating on projects, or working in a related field.
- 3 years of leading, coaching, and/or indirect or direct management experience.
