Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and additional travel services

• Stay informed about the latest travel trends, deals, and promotions
• Confirm bookings, issue tickets, and ensure clients receive all necessary travel documents
• Work closely with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to resolve any booking issues or adjustments
• Support clients with navigating travel websites and online booking platforms
