Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to implement best practices for efficient operations.
- Provide excellent hospitality by addressing guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
