Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our Hospitality operations and grow within the company.
Duties:
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Supervise and train staff( Housekeeping, Maintenance, Groundsman, Front Desk, etc.) to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking products
- Utilize math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Collaborate with the team to achieve cleanliness targets and maximize profitability
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage operations efficiently
- Previous experience in Choice Hotel systems, wireless , or related field is advantageous
- Ability to sell products effectively and drive revenue growth
- Proficiency in using Choice systems for transactions and inventory management
Customer service is a big thing to keep reviews to a high score status.
