We are seeking a consumer-centric, results-driven, and dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will champion the voice of the consumer while owning the roadmap, development, product lifecycle, and user adoption of the Travelpass mobile app, our companion product to Travelpass.com. You will partner with cross-functional teams to evolve the app and take it to the next level to realize our ambitious growth goals. What you’ll be doing:
- Understanding our consumer’s needs, pain points, and user journeys, ensuring that the consumer’s voice is always represented in every decision, feature build-out, and designed experience
- Collaborating with Brand Marketing to combine product value and brand value to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time
- Developing and prioritizing a product roadmap that both delivers against business goals and delights users as a core pillar of our acquisition and retention initiatives
- Identifying impactful opportunities to improve the experience, then strategizing how to execute and prioritizing those efforts
- Overseeing metrics; owning the measurement of KPIs and internal reporting to effectively communicate what’s working and not working to the broader team and leadership, optimizing constantly
- Building relationships and managing cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and project progress
- Translating product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
- Leveraging user behavior, competitive insights, and micro/macro market trends to support our broader marketing and growth goals
- Cultivating a culture of testing and learning to uncover opportunities and inform A/B test agendas across Marketing & Product
- Ensuring best practices, brand standards, and compliance are followed
- Proving yourself as THE product owner
The experience we’re looking for:
- 5 years of related experience in a B2C (consumer-facing) context with a proven record of delivering KPI growth
- Demonstrated success in product development from start to finish, with the ability to appropriately prioritize and be an effective liaison between internal teams
- Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of using analytical tools (e.g. GA4, Tableau, Looker, Snowflake, Clarity, or similar solutions), and leveraging data insights to drive strategy and action
- Experience with internal project management tools and ticketing systems (e.g. Notion, Asana, Teamwork, Jira, Linear, or similar solutions)
- Exceptional storytelling and brand development skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that elevate brand perception
- Inspirational leadership style, capable of motivating teams towards innovation and excellence and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
