Travelpro is seeking an on-site eCommerce Operations Specialist to join our eCommerce team! In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our Shopify eCommerce websites in order to achieve the annual plan (revenue, margin, as well as specific e-Commerce KPIs).

This role works in partnership with our Manager, eCommerce Operations and our Digital Merchandisers to optimize and drive the performance of the company’s websites. You will also do the following:

What You’ll Do
This role works in partnership with our Manager, eCommerce Operations and our Digital Merchandisers to optimize and drive the performance of the company’s websites. You will also do the following:
- Web Development: Support site enhancements, new features, and troubleshooting
- Order Monitoring: Track daily orders, and shipment delays with relevant teams.
- Site Testing: Conduct regular testing of site functionalities, checkout flows, and promotions for quality assurance.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with merchandising, marketing, and operations to enhance site performance.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve website issues, working with developers for timely fixes.
- A 4-year college degree in eCommerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in eCommerce Operations, website management.
- Shopify Plus Expertise: Experience managing Shopify Plus stores, including themes, settings, and troubleshooting.
- Web Development & Design: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript; experience with Liquid is a plus.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work with marketing, customer service, finance, and operations teams.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving site issues, checkout errors, and order processing problems.
- ERP & Systems Knowledge (a plus): Familiarity with ERP, OMS, and fulfillment processes for seamless backend operations.
- Communication & Project Management: Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to reason logically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to perform under stress.
- Ability to simultaneously address multiple complex problems.
