Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a crew of landscapers in both municipal and commercial projects.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of landscape installation including plants, hardscapes, irrigation systems, and more.
- Manage and execute project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure safety standards are met, including the proper use of equipment and tools.
- Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and other team members.
- Provide leadership and training to crew members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct quality control to ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of
excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong working knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and tools.
- Proven ability to lead a team, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
- A valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
