Role Description
This is a full-time remote Guest Experience Manager located in Vail, Colorado. The Guest Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, providing exceptional customer service, conducting training for staff, and monitoring reviews on a daily basis. In addition, helping the on the ground teams when needed.

- Wednesday to Sunday

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
