Job Summary
The National Sales Executive- Federal Sales (NAM-Fed) is responsible for supporting the Travis Association for the Blind (TAB) mission by generating revenue and new lines of business. An ideal candidate would be retired military and have janitorial (JanSan) product sales experience.
Responsibilities
● Contact regular and prospective federal and state use government customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and sell products.
● Maximize business performance and exceed revenue goals
● Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
● Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
● Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
● Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
● Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
● Complies with and assists other employees understand and comply with TAB's policies and procedures.
● Behaves in accordance with the key behaviors aligned with TAB's Core Values of Leadership, Integrity, Growth & Innovation, Heart and Teamwork (LIGHT).
● Complies with and ensures employees understand and comply with TAB's policies and procedures.

● Advanced skills in business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Minimum Education and Experience
● High School diploma
● *Bachelor's degree preferred OR minimum of 4 years' experience in successful sales role required
Physical Requirements
With or without reasonable accommodation, employees in this position must be able to:
● Travel is required (20%)
● Prolonged periods of working on a computer and communication via phone.
● Ability to be in a stationary position (stand/sit) for 4-8 hours
● Ability to use standard office equipment, such as but not limited to, phone, printer, scanner.
