Salary: $12/ hour
Job Overview
Provide office support, including receptionist duties, answering the telephone, scheduling and dispatching service calls, mail services, bookkeeping, and social media management. Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change.
This is a Three month position consisting of 3 days (8-hour shifts) per week.
Specific duties may include, but not be limited to:
- Respond to calls, emails, and routine letters; directing inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings; prepare meeting documents
- Track inventory of office supplies and reordering when necessary
- Maintain updated contact information for company employees, vendors, and suppliers.
- Manage filing and organizing of all office documents; including digital filing.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in secretarial role preferred but not required
- Professional demeanor and attitude
- Familiarity with office organization techniques and tasks
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Microsoft office proficient
