What Youll Do:
As our Service Manager, youll be at the heart of our service operations, ensuring our team delivers top-notch customer experiences and meets performance goals. Your day-to-day will include:
- Coaching and mentoring service technicians to enhance their technical and customer service skills.
- Overseeing scheduling, quality control, and resource coordination for field operations.
- Managing department KPIs and budgets to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Conducting ride-alongs, performance reviews, and providing regular feedback to your team.
- Addressing customer concerns and maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.
What Were Looking For:
Were searching for a self-starter with strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Youll thrive in this role if you:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Self-starter, reliable, flexibility with hours
- 3 years experience in management
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations, communicating with the appropriate manager for resolution
- Ability to perform basic math and to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to build positive team spirit
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical level
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems
- Ability to develop tools that create efficiencies within department
- Public Speaking, required
- Bilingual a plus, not required
Working Environment:
- Portions of this job will be conducted in the office, in the field on jobs and ride along, and afterhours remote as needed.
- Work location includes all our service area
- Dress code is business casual as per the company office dress code policy
Schedule:
- Service manager schedule of 6:45 AM minimum to end of last call, Monday to Friday. The workday is concluded upon completion of the last scheduled call for your team. There is not a set end time for the day. Salaried managers are expected to work a minimum of 8 hours per day, with a minimum 45 hour work week.
- Be available within 15 minutes by phone at all times for client follow ups and technician needs, other than scheduled vacations or holidays.
- Some travel to conferences and training may be required

Physical Demands:
- Frequent speaking, listening using a headset or similar device as needed by the candidate, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer
- Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per work week and up to 12 hours per day if needed
