What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensing/SMU Designer position at Travis Mathew?

Responsible for designing licensing and SMU menswear (and occasional women's) product within (but not limited to) the following categories : graphic t-shirts, hats / accessories, outerwear, full-printed garments.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking direction from Design, Merch, Sales teams to design licensed SMU product for different channels
- Develop tech packs (in Adobe Illustrator & Centric) for all designs
- Create seamless Mill Sheets for patterns / stripe / plaid repeats
- Update tech packs, CADs, and mill sheets, Centric as reviews take place, and designs revised
- Research, interpret, and apply market & brand trends (competitors and non-competitors) appropriate to the brand
- Additional SMU and In-Line responsibilities, outside of seasonal collections, as assigned and needed
