Legacy Golf Links and Fox Creek Golf Course, located in Atlanta, Georgia, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, are hiring for Golf Course Maintenance. Fox Creek Golf Club and Legacy Golf Links are two of the nation’s best driving range and golf destinations, recognized nationally as a Top 50 Public Driving Range Facility by Golf Range Association of America.

Bobby Jones Links is hiring for an Operations Manager’s for Legacy Golf Links and Fox Creek Golf Club. There are two openings total (one per location). Primary responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the day to day operations of the golf course and managing all aspects of the club in the absence of the General Manager.
• Responsibility of all outside operations staff, along with the pro-shop staff, which includes hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling for the hourly operations team.
• Ensuring that all team members are providing the best guest experience according to our Core Purpose, Core Values, and Service Standards.
• Monitoring safety conditions and employees’ conformance with safety procedures; updating emergency plans and procedures and assuring that effective training for these programs is conducted in all departments.
• Serving as a club representative within the community.
• Undertaking special projects as requested by the General Manager.
• Monitoring labor by evaluating scheduled and actual labor hours and costs.
• Researching new products and developing an analysis of costs/benefits.
• Covering shifts when needed according to the schedule.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and club point of sales systems.
• An understanding of Club financials.
• A thorough working knowledge of the club’s operation.
