Job Summary
At TRAX Corporate Office, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Program Manager to oversee the implementation and management of our classified security program. This role is critical in ensuring the protection of sensitive information and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Security Procedures: Design, implement, and manage document control procedures for classified information to ensure compliance with government and company policies.
- Supervise Security Measures: Supervise and direct security measures within the facility to ensure effective security operations.
- Manage Personnel Clearances: Manage personnel security clearances, visitor control practices, and required physical and industrial security implementation, inspections, and corrections.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Baccalaureate degree with at least three (3) years of experience in security administration or equivalent year of experience with direct federal government or contractor supporting federal government contracts.
- Clearance: Top-Secret security clearance.
- Citizenship: US Citizen.
Working Conditions
- The work of this position is performed in an environmentally controlled office environment and sometimes in the field where you are subject to the environment.
- Must be capable of sitting and entering data on a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to view computer monitor for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
- Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for work tasks assigned.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical and periodic retests.
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment.
