What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service- Part-time position at Trax Farm Market?
We are looking for someone to join our family business to help us ensure that our customers receive the best care and experience. Only the best will do!
Position Type : Part Time
16 to 24 hours / week- Weekends Days Required (usually 1 weekend day a week)
Hours : Daily 9 : 30AM-6PM (close)
General Description :
- Great talker but better listener
Must have excellent communication and listening skills~ in Person and on the phone
Minimum Qualifications :
Must be able to stand for 8 hours, sit, kneel, twist, turn, reach over your head, and lift a minimum of 30 lbs., withstand varying temperatures and humidity
Resolve customer issues in a professional manner, Proper telephone etiquette, Basic math / money handling, Computer knowledge / experience with POS and Microsoft
Retail Customer Service Experience
Must have minimum of HS Diploma / GED
