Software Project Manager

TRAX International is currently seeking an individual to assist with development and documentation as it relates to the planning, operations and maintenance of enterprise software applications at the Yuma Proving Ground. Duties include but not limited to developing project documentation, collecting and tracking requirements, project reporting, QA testing and assisting users with supported enterprise applications. The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, apply best practices and principles of project management to all efforts, experienced with software development and agile methodology. Candidates must have experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA and Confluence. Other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: DOE

Education/Licenses/Certifications/Experience Requirements:

* Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field OR equivalent work experience/certifications

* Must be able to obtain PMI Project Management Professional certification within 1 year of hire.

* 1-3 years’ project management/IT industry experience

* Experience with Azure DevOPS, JIRA and Confluence.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

* Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for work tasks assigned.

* Must meet the physical requirements necessary to perform operations outlined, performed, and stated in the SOPs for the Software Engineering section.

* Must be able to work in an office setting and occasionally perform work outdoors.

* Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions.

* Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted.

* Must be capable of frequent squatting, crouching, and stooping

* Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed – sometimes on short notice – to support test missions.

Additional Desirable Qualifications:

* Experience with PowerBI

* SCRUM Master Certified

* ITIL V3 Foundation Certified

* Previous experience with DoD Information Assurance (STIG, IAVM)

Terms of Employment & Eligibility Requirements:

* Must be a U.S. Citizen.

* Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment.

* Must be a current TRAX employee or affiliate subcontractor for internal postings.
