Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift
Traxxas is looking for talented individuals to join our 1st shift warehouse team in the NEW climate-controlled warehouse. The standard operating schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with some overtime as business needs demand. Part-time positions are also available. $16.00/hr
Candidates must be self-motivated, organized and able to work both within a team and independently.
Brief Description of Duties (included, but not limited to): shipping, pulling orders, unloading trailers, stocking warehouse shelves, inventory control and forklift operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clear verbal & written communication skills
- Light computer knowledge
- Must be flexible to extended hours based upon workflow demands
- Able to understand and follow oral or written work instructions
- Good communication skills
- Able to work with fellow coworkers
- Forklift Certification and Class A CDL a plus!
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Shipping experience with FedEx or UPS
- Strong math aptitude
- Strong work ethic
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis throughout the work day
- Overtime in excess of 1-2 hours per day necessary one week per month
